Coconut & White Chocolate Truffles

Quick and Gluttonous

Ingredients

White chocolate 250gr
Cream 100ml
Butter or Margarine A knob
Coconut Flour 100gr
Toasted hazelnut As Needed

Preparation

  1. Mix the cream and the butter in a saucepan over low heat
  2. Once removed from the fire, add the white chocolate and let thicken it all
  3. Let it rest and put in the fridge
  4. Once the mix is cool let realise small balls with it
  5. Place a hazelnut inside each ball and sprinkle them with the coconut flour
