Cod fillets with potatoes

Ingredients

Cod Fillets 400gr
Potato 400gr
Gluten Free Breadcrumb 2 spoons
Parsley 5 sprigs of parsley
Oil 2 spoons
Garlic 1 clove garlic
Salt a pinch

Preparation

  1. Wash and cut the cod fillets
  2. Cut the potatoes and let them boil in salted water
  3. Chop the garlic and the parsley
  4. Prepare with oil a baking dish and place a layer of potatoes with parsley
  5. Cover the potatoes with breadcrumbs
  6. Put in oven at 200° for about 15 minutes
