Walnuts, Gorgonzola and Grapes Risotto

Tasty, light and easy to prepare



Rice 300gr
White grapes A bunch
Gorgonzola 100gr
Walnuts 50gr
Butter 40gr
Vegetable broth A spoon
Salt A pinch
Dry White Wine A Glass
White Onion One



  1. Chop the onion and let it brown with the melted butter
  2. Add the rice and nuts along with the wine and cook for a few minutes
  3. Add some vegetable broth, then wait until the rice absorbs it to add some more
  4. Cut the grapes in half, remove the seeds and add them to the rice just before cooking is finished
  5. Add the gorgonzola
  6. Thicken it all and serve it
