Shortcrust pastry: Strawberry preparation 30% (glucose-fructose syrup, strawberry puree, sugar, thickeners: pectin and sodium alginate, acidity regulators: citric acid, citrate sodium and calcium citrate; preservative: potassium sorbate, coloring: elderberry extract, flavourings), rice flour, sugar, corn starch, butter, eggs, skimmed milk powder, whole buckwheat, vegetable fibres: psyllium seed fibre, thickened: guar flour, corn maltodextrin, leavening agent: sodium hydrogen carbonate, disodium diphosphate, salt, flavourings.
