Short pastry: Prepared in powder without gluten (rice flour, corn starch, buckwheat flour, skimmed milk powder and sugar. Thickeners: Guar seed flour, fiber of psyllium seeds and corn maltodextrins, eggs, sugar, butter and whole milk. Raising agents: Sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate and flavorings. Apricot jam filling (31.9 %): Apricot puree (50%), glucose-fructose syrup and sugar. Thickeners: Pectin with sodium pyrophosphate and sodium alginate. Acidity correctors: Citric acid and calcium citrate. Preservative: Potassium sorbate and flavorings. May contain traces of nuts and soy.
